Zumba Classes:

Zumba is a Colombian dace fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporateshop-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lungers are also included. Zumba Fitness, an organization that sells Zumba videos and products, does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers.  Approximately 14 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 140,000 locations across more than 150 countries.
I started zumba last year in 10th grade and went almost every week, with my Mom and the teacher, Magic Mike who is really great. I continued last semester and I still go when I can and have no homework just to have fun and dance.
What I like most about Zumba is that it is not only a creative outlet, but also physically demanding! It sounds strange, but one hour of zumba can be extremely intense and tiring.
