Rugby Manager

Since the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year, the boys have been planning on having a rugby team this year since they had so much fun last year and really liked it. The rugby season hence started in the last sports season this semester with 4 practices weekly. Most of the boys in the team are from grade 11, The team already a manager who is my friend Danielle Haskel, and one of the seniors on the team, Nalin asked me to be a manager as well. This job includes going to every game (if possible) in order to support the team, but also show up at some practices and convince people to show up at games to support the team. All in all, we had to be part of the team. We happily accepted this responsability.

We decided to make pasteries or bring refreshments for every game the boys had. We also got a lot of people to come at home and away games, in order to support the team. The team played four games until now this season (and unfortunately only won one), but I saw a clear improvement in them in individual as well as team effort. I think that the Rugby team has a lot of potential and I really hope that their hardwork will eventually pay off in their future games.
